Customer Service

For questions, changes, or cancellation requests regarding your order, please complete the form below and a customer service representative will be in touch shortly. For changes and cancellation requests that are approved for credit, the value will reflect the dollar value spent on tickets and/or rentals. However, please note that a one-time transaction fee of $15 per order will be deducted from the amount credited. Credits will be issued via e-mail. Credits can be used online to re-purchase lift tickets, lessons, and rentals. For Lesson Reservation changes/cancellations, there will be a $15 cancellation fee for adult/youth Group Lessons and a $45 cancellation fee for Private Lessons.
