Paradox Brewery offers a variety of food that is deliciously paired to their ever-changing list of brews. Offering 18″ inch, 12″, and Cauliflower Crust pies with a long list of toppings alongside their specialty pies: The Paradox and Buffalo Outlook. Recently added to their menu is the Marty Burger, a quarter-pound smash burger. Paradox Brewery obtains their meat locally from a farm that utilizes the brewery’s spent grain to feed the cattle. Add an additional burger or cheese to coordinate with the side of crispy French fries. Served on a traditional German Brotchen bun, Paradox Brewery offers tasty bratwursts with the optional sides of sauerkraut and mustard. Looking for just a snack? Paradox Brewery offers french fries, regular and chili cheese tater tots, hot pretzels made with their IPA, and house-made beer cheese.
