Conditions of Purchase & Damage Protection

All purchases are final. Equipment Rentals are non-refundable and date-specific for the arrival date selected at time of purchase. Your Equipment Rental is associated exclusively with your guest profile and cannot be transferred to another person.

Equipment rentals are issued on a first come, first served basis. We do not guarantee availability of specific boot, ski or snowboard sizes. The optional damage waiver ($5/day) applies to equipment breakage only for the date(s) of your rental. It does not apply to lost, misplaced or stolen equipment. If you are taking a lesson or program, please check to see if rentals are already included in your lesson or program. Multi-day rentals are for consecutive days.

If you are unable to travel and need to cancel or adjust the dates of your trip, please contact us via our Customer Service form here.

If Gore Mountain needs to fully close due to COVID-19 on any date that you have booked equipment rentals, you may choose to receive a purchase credit or a full order refund. Purchase credits are issued onto a Snow Guarantee Card valid for one year from date of issue and eligible for online and in person ticket, lesson, rental and activity purchases.
