Seasonal and Annual Lockers for the 2025/26 Season are SOLD OUT! See below for information on 2025/26 Lockers and stay tuned for next season!

The annual locker is perfect for those who want year-round storage and the convenience of staying in the same locker number and location year after year.

On the other hand, the seasonal locker is a great deal. Your rental begins in November and ends 10 days after closing day. Be sure to remove all belongings from your locker before then. Please note that locker numbers and locations are not guaranteed for seasonal lockers.

We have implemented some changes to our locker rentals in the previous season that you should be aware of:

All locker rentals will be done online only.
Locker renewals that are purchased during the presale (before September 1st, 2025) will be guaranteed placement in the same locker as the previous season. Lockers purchased after this deadline will be automatically assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the speed in which we sell lockers, we cannot permit any relocating.
Note for 2025/26 – Lockers 110 – 157 are being removed permanently and will not be available for the 2025/26 season. If you are a locker-holder/previous locker-holder assigned to one of these lockers, we will re-assign you to the closest available locker. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you back this season!

*Please note that the webstore price of $350 includes both the Seasonal Locker Rental Rate ($275) as well as the Seasonal Locker Rental Deposit ($75)

Seasonal Locker Security Deposit – In addition to the applicable locker rental fee, all seasonal licensees shall pay the Olympic Regional Development Authority a $75 security deposit for any damage caused by the licensee to the locker(s) or failure to move out within 10 days of the end of term. Such deposit shall be returned to the licensee, without interest, and less any off-set damages or failure to move out on time, no later than May 31, 2026.

Locker Move-In – We have placed Gore Mountain locks on all seasonal and annual lockers. Please visit a staff member between 8am and 3pm on the following move-in dates to unlock your locker and move in. The 2025 move-in dates are as follows: 11/1, 11/2, 11/8, 11/9, 11/15, 11/16, 11/22 and 11/23. If you are unable to move in on the specified dates, please contact our office at (518) 251-2411 to make arrangements. Due to the nature of our staffing in November, we are unable to allow any unscheduled move-ins. Thank you for your understanding and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
