Mountain Update for July 7-10

We are open Thursday-Sunday with scenic skyrides and adventure activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Explore our 14+ mile hiking/biking trail network from easier loops to challenging peak-to-peak quests. Hikers have several trail options to get started right out of the base area, and even more to choose from at the top of the skyride. Or get a downhill biking ticket instead and take your mountain bike on the gondola with you.

Try a round of disc golf on our 9-basket course that meanders through the base area forest. Enjoy sundeck dining from the Open Pit Grille and purchase gifts and souvenirs from our Retail Shop any day we’re open!

Join us this Sunday for the first of four dates in our popular Mountain Master Craft Shows. Browse our vendor village of unique handcrafted and homemade items from some of the region’s most talented artisans!

2022/23 season passes are on sale at the best prices with a free financing option through August 10. Exclusive renewal/upgrade pricing is available for those that held a season pass or frequent skier card last season. Show your 22/23 season pass at the lift for free skyrides and more this summer and fall!

Hey Gore Mountain Fans, thanks for tuning in. This is Cindy with your More Gore Podcast for July 7-10. Scenic skyrides and adventure activities are open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-4pm. Are you craving a day of adventure in the beautiful outdoors? We offer over 14 miles of hiking and biking trails, along with gondola skyrides and a fun disc golf course. Relax on a scenic skyride and enjoy Adirondack views and refreshing mountain air. We offer various hiking options and trail games and challenges to take with you. See details including a list of our favorite points of interest along the way on our hiking page (online). Skyride, biking, and disc golf tickets are available online in advance and in person upon arrival. Our Retail Shop is all stocked up for the summer season. Get your Gore gifts, souvenirs, and hike and bike essentials right inside the Base Lodge. Visit the Open Pit Grille on the sundeck to purchase cold drinks, snacks, and bbq favorites from the service windows. Our first of four Mountain Master Craft shows is happening this Sunday, July 10. Some of the region's most talented artisans with have their unique handcrafted and homemade items on display! If you are interested in participating as a vendor in upcoming events, please submit your application online while space is still available. Have you been daydreaming about snowy adventures on the mountain? Well, the days are already getting shorter and winter is on the way. Buy your season pass at the best price now! Free financing and the lowest pass prices are only available until August 10. Skyrides and downhill biking tickets are included with 22/23 passes this summer and fall. Start getting excited about more direct access to Little Gore and the Ski Bowl this winter because a new alpine trail is being built on Burnt Ridge Mountain - check out this intermediate trail profile on our improvements page (online). Looking to plan an overnight or extended stay this summer or fall? Garnet Hill Lodge is just 15 minutes from the mountain providing cozy, great camp style accommodations with access to a wide range of warm-weather activities including swimming, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and yoga classes. The Log House Restaurant at Garnet Hill Lodge is open daily for lunch and dinner with happy hour specials. Keep Gore Mountain in mind as a venue for your next special event. We happily host weddings, reunions, corporate parties, conferences and other occasions throughout the summer and fall months which can feature skyrides, activities, and catering services. Please note: although the Northwoods Gondola is scheduled for each day we're open, this skyride may be substituted with the open-air chairlift based on safety variables including heat index and weather conditions. Record-Breaking Snow Season

After 146 wonderful ski days, our 21/22 snow season came to a close on Sunday, May 1 marking our latest-running season in history. Thank you so much for sharing your days and making memories with us on the slopes. We are already busy gearing up for the next big season- Burnt Ridge is getting an all-new intermediate trail, offering up another connection to Little Gore Mountain!
