Other terrain park areas that have typically opened by this point in past seasons were on hold while we hosted the exciting FISU Winter World University Games freestyle, freeski, slopestyle, and snowboard slalom events from January 12-22. We are keeping our competition courses intact for future events including the Holeshot Cross Tour happening February 6-10. Following these events and as conditions allow, the courses may be modified and open to the public.

WILD AIR TERRAIN PARK: You’ll be putting on a show as you cruise around a rad array of jibs, rails, and jumps under the Northwoods Gondola. This is the location of Gore’s original park, and it’s also the home of our competition cross course. (Courses including Wild Air, Pot Luck, and The Arena are reserved for Holeshot Cross Tour Feb 6-10)

LOWER SLEIGHRIDE TERRAIN PARK: Send it on this unbelievably fun trail as you find your ebb and flow between the stacked lineup of medium to large rolls, jumps, boxes, and jibs. This trail offers up cruisey style between a fluid run of fresh features. (Not yet open this season.)

JIBLAND TERRAIN PARK: Beginner freestylers, we got your back- all are welcome to the radness here. Get to the core of your freestyling skills with a smaller array of features on a lower pitch. Test, try out, and nail those tricks!  Located behind the Base Lodge and serviced by its own j-bar. Build your skills and confidence, you’ll be shredding in no time. (Not yet open this season.)

FREESTYLE CROSS COURSE @ THE SKI BOWL: Night or day, head over to Ski Bowl Park for non-stop shredding into the evening. You’ll be tearing it up like a boss in the halfpipe, or logging laps through the slopestyle layout.  A great place to learn new tricks too! (Not yet open this season.)

FOREVER WILD TERRAIN PARK: Mother Nature can be gnarly too. Check out this park on a good pow day for a unique run with features like log rails, rock drops, and wooden banked turns. Unleash your wild side! (Not yet open this season.)

THE TRENCH TERRAIN PARK: Hit up this glade for even more freestyle fun. Keep an eye out for the secret gondola cabin, and a tree tunnel at the end! This hot spot has been blowing up – see what all the hype is about. Even if you don’t partake in the rest of the parks, you’ll find some fun in this rugged run. (Not yet open this season.)
