The mornings are getting cooler on the mountain, the first hints of fall color are starting to show, and there is just one weekend left to ride the Hudson Chair for scenic skyrides! Come take a ride up the Ski Bowl on Saturday or Sunday, September 19–20, before summer operations wrap up. Then, the fall fun continues! Gondola Scenic Skyrides return for select weekends from September 26 through October 11. Ride up Bear Mountain and take in some of the best foliage views in the Adirondacks as the colors really start to pop. Summer operations are running Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 5pm with scenic skyrides on The Hudson Chair and the Climb N’ Challenge, through September 6th. Hiking trails are open on Bear and Gore Mountain from the main base area as well. Got your 2026/27 Season Pass? CHAIRLIFT SCENIC SKYRIDES
All chairlift passengers must be at least 52″ tall, able to sit up on their own, and be able to raise and lower the restraint bar under their own power. There is no food service or restrooms at the top of the skyride.
