We strive to always present an exceptional experience and great snow conditions, but there may be days when uncontrollable factors come into play. Season-Long Program Passes
All Season-Long Program Pass purchasers must electronically sign the 2024/25 Season-Long Program Pass Agreement. If purchasing online, you’ll be presented with the 2024/25 Season-Long Program Pass Agreement prior to checkout. If purchasing over the phone, you should receive an email with a link to electronically sign this document.
For Season-Long Programs:
- Gore Mountain/ORDA does not guarantee a minimum number of operating days. All dates, rates, and provisions are subject to change without notice. Gore Mountain/ORDA reserves the right to change opening and closing dates, operating hours, the number of open days in the week, season-long Snow Sports program dates, and/or restrict access to any open lift and/or terrain at any time based on weather, snow, crowds, capacity restrictions, special events or other considerations. Gore Mountain/ORDA further reserves the right to determine the number of lifts in operation or the area available for use at any given time based on snow, weather, or other considerations.
- You may choose to keep your existing Pass photo, upload a new photo when purchasing online, email a new photo to the Gore Mountain ticket office, or update your photo in person at Gore Mountain. Gore Mountain/ORDA, at its discretion, may request that a new photo be taken.
- An RFID-enabled SKI3 Card will be issued or reloaded for each Pass purchased. This SKI3 Card serves as your permanent lift ticket for the season. Your SKI3 Card must be secured on your person and in a location that can be read by the gates for every lift boarding occasion. It is recommended that your pass be placed somewhere between waist height and shoulder height (or on the helmet for children). Do not place your SKI3 Card in a wallet or near a cell phone or other RFID-enabled cards; this will prevent the RFID card from being read properly.
- Prior to either receipt or use, all Pass purchasers must sign the Season-Long Program Pass Agreement through the 1Risk waiver system before receipt and/or use of SKI3 Card. If purchasing online, a signature is required on the Season-Long Program Pass Agreement, which will be presented prior to the completion of your payment. If a purchaser does not have access to the internet, Gore Mountain/ORDA will provide access to a digital device where the purchaser may sign the Season-Long Program Pass Agreement in person at the Gore Mountain/ORDA venue. Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian digitally sign the Season-Long Program Pass Agreement.
