Think Gore is only home to skiing and snowboarding? Think again: we’ve got plenty to see and do during the summer months – including mountain biking!

Get to know what’s underneath that beautiful winter base – Gore has nearly 10 miles of rugged, natural terrain to explore on two wheels. Coming in at 1,700 feet of vertical, our network of intermediate and advanced trails offer an all-natural experience with little to no man-made features. You’ll find some technical areas as well. If thrill is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it at Gore! If you’re looking for an easier cruise to either warm up or get your biking legs underneath you, check out the Hardwood Forest and Bobcat Loops located in the base area. Keep in mind that many trails are multi-use so you may encounter hikers – they have the right of way so stay so always be alert. Ensure you are familiar with the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code and our other safety policies ahead of your visit.

If everyone in your crew isn’t into biking, don’t fret! There are activities available for all ages and ability levels. Scenic skyrides on either the gondola or chairlift are a crowd favorite while families can enjoy a variety of hiking trails that range from beginner to expert. We also offer a variety of hiking challenges and activities to keep everyone engaged for a day full of fun.

Mountain biking tickets are on sale now as well as scenic skyrides. Order online in advance of your visit to ensure availability – once you arrive to the mountain, make sure you stop by a ticket window to pick up a wristband. Are you a 2021/22 season passholder?
